Privacy — your ledger is yours

What we collect: your Google sign-in identity (name, email), the words you say or type in the companion's conversations, your answers, any résumé you choose to upload, the artifacts you submit, and the readings the companion produces from them. Your voice is never stored — audio is transcribed and discarded; only the words remain.

Why: to produce your readings, keep your ledger, and — if you leave the switch on — to improve the companion for everyone. Learning is aggregate: nothing you write is ever shown to another person, and nothing leaves this system to train someone else's model. You can turn that switch off at any time under Your ledger.

Who sees it: you. Model providers process your words to generate readings under contracts that prohibit training on them. Nobody else, unless you choose to share a card (which shows only a title and three lines) or consent to a match (which shows the shape of your work, never its substance).

How long: as long as you want. If you stop paying, your ledger is kept in custodial mode so you can return. Export everything as a file, or delete everything — permanently — from Your ledger at any time; an anonymous audit line remains so we can prove the deletion happened.

Your rights: access, correction, portability, deletion, and — for automated readings — a plain-language explanation and a human review on request. This covenant honors the data-protection laws of Mexico (LFPDPPP) and the United States and applies to you wherever you are.

Reports about a business name the person who paid for them and cite every source; a stitched read belongs to the people who made it and is shown to others only with every contributor's consent.
